Mine Rehabilitation: Geography Teachers Association Victoria Conference 2025

On Monday 11 August we had the pleasure of attending the Geography Teachers Association of Victoria conference – connecting with hundreds of educators who are shaping the next generation of environmental thinkers.

Our CEO, Dr Jen Brereton, presented on our school programs for Years 7 -12, sparking conversations around immersive learning and sustainability. The interactive activities -led by our Engagement Manager, Rosemary Joiner, ranging from revegetation to our 3D AR app – were a hit, with teachers loving the hands-on approach.

We’re proud to support geography education with resources that bring real-world challenges into the classroom.
