This webpage provides links to mine licensees responsible for preparing Declared Mine Rehabilitation Plans (DMRPs). It’s designed to help the community easily locate draft plans and participate in the public feedback process.

All declared mine licensees are required to submit their Declared Mine Rehabilitation Plans (DMRPs) for submission to Regulatory Operations – Resources Victoria by October 2025, unless an extension is granted.

A draft DMRP must be placed on public display for 60 days before it is formally submitted. During this time, community members are encouraged to provide feedback directly to the declared mine licensee.
